4-Day Men’s Retreat with Sacred Plants

Thursday, June 27 – Sunday, June 30

Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for men to come together and engage in self-discovery, personal growth, and emotional healing through variety of practices that engage mind, body, and spirit, facilitated by skilled and compassionate guides, ultimately empowering them to live authentically and in harmony with themselves, others, and the world.

We strive for men to leave feeling more connected to themselves and others, with a renewed sense of purpose and direction, and equipped with the tools to continue their personal growth journey beyond the retreat.

Goals

  • Create a safe container for men to gather, do deep work, and empower selves and others
  • Facilitate healing and transformation for each man and the group
  • Raise self-awareness and emotional intelligence for each man
  • Teach each man tools to easily get into resourceful states (e.g. confidence, calmness, etc) when needed the most
  • Guide each man to discover his Life Mission and to take the first steps towards its realization
  • Equip men with knowledge, insights, healing, and tools that they will be able to use long after the retreat to continue their personal growth journey aligned with their Purpose.

Retreat flow

Day one – Arrival

We open the retreat space for arrivals Thursday afternoon with dinner scheduled for 7:30 followed by gathering around the fire for opening the container by offering prayers to the four directions, Father Sky, Mother Earth, the ancestral spirits of the land, setting intentions for the weekend ahead, and setting the tone for a meaningful and transformative experience.

Day Two – Tuning in

We have planned an array of practices such as meditation, breath-work, physical activities, and a Men Circle. We will explore meaning of each emotion and what we can learn from messages these emotions send us. We will also learn how to transform unresourceful states into resourceful ones, so we can accomplish anything and do it in style. This day we will spend raising our emotional intelligence, tuning into our deeper selves, and aligning our energies working as a group and individuals.

Day Three – Immersion

We continue our self-exploration with opportunities to dive deeper with the help of spiritual practices, purpose work, sacred ceremonies, plant medicine work and cleansing in sauna. The day will emphasize connection to nature, higher purpose, and inner reflections.

Day Four – Integrating

This day’s practices will be dedicated to reflection and integration, taking time to honor the insights and experiences we’ve had over the weekend, and finding ways to carry these lessons forward in our lives.
